Batson
and Wiser Nurses Pledge:
"Never
be a Wolf!"
We,
as Healthcare Professionals, do herby pledge to uphold the honor of
compassionate caring to both our patients and our colleagues.
We
will not forget the education that brought us here, nor will we forget
how it feels to be new and inexperienced.
As
a result of this, we pledge to assist and encourage our colleagues in
every way possible, teaching through our years of personal experience
and learning through others' questions.
We
will not tolerate an attitude of arrogance or superiority, for we all
share the common goal of increasing our knowledge base to provide incomparable
patient care.
A mutual
respect among all employees is needed to create a working environment
that is capable of excellent care for all patients.
We
pledge never to be wolves eating our young; rather we will mentor them
so that they may perform independently and share their knowledge with
others.
We
pledge respect to each other, as well as a willingness to teach, learn,
and perfect our patient care.
WE
WILL NOT JOIN THE PACK!
